A buzz-concept that is quickly becoming a key topic in articles, books and church-growth conferences is the multi-site church. The idea has been around for a very long time; however, in the last few years it has become a refreshing solution to facility needs and a tool for community evangelism. What is a multi-site church? Basically, one church (meaning one staff, one budget, one vision) meeting in multiple locations, usually with the various sites developing unique personalities, yet sharing the same ‘brand identity’ and DNA. Some churches offer various worship alternatives, others have a video venue (live band but a video speaker), and some churches have duplicate services at each campus.
