We accomplish this objective by stimulating individual growth in three areas of life; their personal excellence, spiritual excellence and professional excellence. Thereby, these students are prepared to face the challenges awaiting them in this new millennium.

The emphsis of the Leadership Institute’s focus is divided among three categories of life:
- Personal Excellence,
- Spiritual Excellence, and
- Professional Excellence
Ministry Training Programs
We currently offer two cores as preparation for the practice of Christian Ministry. Each core is designed to be very practical and cultivate the students by laying firm foundations within their lives upon which they build their Ministry and leadership skills. There are five courses in each core category with a certificate being awarded upon completion of each core. A diploma is awarded for students who satisfactorily complete both cores. Students who complete core one are eligible to receive their license to Gospel Ministry through Destiny's Church and Minister's Network. Students who complete both the first and second cores become eligible for Ordination through Destiny's Church and Minister's Network.
Leadership Development Courses By Seminar
Leadership Fusion is a three hour seminar recorded at Triumph Church in Nederland, Texas. It includes three Audio CD sessions. Topics include: A New Paradigm in Leadership, The Sigmoid Model, and The Sword and Staff. It comes with structured notes as well as additional course assignments. It carries a full course credit.
